Sound Bath
Harmonious tones and gentle vibrations create a quiet space for rest, presence, and restoration.
Group singing bowl relaxation
A calm space where harmonious tones, gentle vibrations, and nature help the group slow down and rest.
We organize singing bowl relaxation sessions and forest bathing experiences for groups throughout the year. During a sound bath, harmonious tones and gentle vibrations create a calm space where both body and mind can rest. The sounds of the singing bowls may help participants release tension, quiet the mind, and step away from the pace of everyday life for a moment. For many, the experience becomes a peaceful pause for presence and restoration — and every sound bath is experienced in a unique way.
The Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, invites us to experience nature through all the senses. The stillness of the forest, its sounds and scents, can support well-being and encourage a deeper connection with the natural world around us. Even spending a short time in nature can have positive effects on body and mind.
You can also combine a singing bowl relaxation session with a ceramics workshop or horseback riding, creating a shared experience of calm, creativity, and presence.
Anki holds a Master of Education degree, is a special education teacher, a Tibetan singing bowl therapy instructor, and a sound bath facilitator.
